Elect and coach internal liaisons within your organization to lead sessions within your regularly scheduled team meetings. Prepackaged content and continual support to ensure ongoing conversations and behavioral growth long after our initial involvement.

We do this through a three phase process

PHASE 1: ASSESS

Receive a personal growth report of prominent behaviors with actionable tools to make a lasting change. 

PHASE 2: INTEGRATE

Bi-weekly sessions integrated into the fabric of your organizational schedule. Initiated by our team of professionals with the overall goal to be sustained by your people.

Sessions centered around identity, development, purpose driven behaviors, and personal meaning.

PHASE 3: SUSTAIN

Elect and coach internal team members to become facilitators for your organization. These facilitators join a dedicated cohort focused on personal growth and fostering growth in others. Monthly training sessions provide opportunities for learning, sharing, and continuous development.
