Urgency in the Presence

An overemphasis on “what’s next” can detract from the “right now.”

Seeing decisions as temporary can help increase our confidence to perform.

Be aware of what we don't see in people in our interactions.

Be open and willing to learn, regardless of where it's coming from.

Prioritize a collective over an individual focus.

Return to the childlike state where we can begin to play for fun and free from expectations.

Differentiating between good mistakes and bad mistakes.

Understanding that accomplishment does not lead to sustained satisfaction.

Could a focus on community and others provide us with a different, if not richer, perspective.
