Setting Infinite Intentions

Context

If the purpose is “win”, whatever that may be, there can be fear or anxiety associated with failure. If the purpose is to improve, then failure becomes a requirement. We break this down into playing the infinite game vs the finite game.

Outcome

Bring awareness to how we view success and competition.
Integrate strategies to view growth as a long-term process

Main Questions

What drives us to measure success through comparison instead of personal growth?
What happens when we adopt an infinite-mindset instead? How might that change the way measure success?
When faced with the pressure to “win,” how do we remind ourselves to focus on the bigger picture?
