Context
While many leaders stick to what they know and have always done, it’s as important to revisit and be open to the idea that processes can change. This can be possible if the environment supports “conflict.”

Set the stage to the idea that processes can change,
Give the opportunity for processes to be questioned, knowing this can allow for improvement

When have you seen something improve because someone questioned the way it was being done?
Why do you think some leaders resist feedback or help, even when it could lead to something better?
What would it take for someone to feel confident or safe enough to challenge a process?
What process, that we do out of habit, could be re-examined?
