Context

We believe leadership is more of an action than a position. Leadership is not just influencing those below you (top down), but everyone around you including yourself. This 4-way leadership entails holding yourself accountable, holding others accountable (below and above you), and asking for and being able to receive feedback.

As leaders how do we know which insight/feedback to filter?
What are good qualities of a top-down leader?
In what ways can self-focus help the team and in what ways can it hurt the team?
