Competition and Comparison

Context

Competitiveness requires comparison. You want to be the best so you have to know where others are. However, this can turn into unhealthy comparison when we start to attach it to our worth and compare what we don’t have in relation to others.

Outcome

1) Understand the difference between comparison and being competitive
2) Reframe comparison and define strategies to keep it healthy
