Context
When any variable improves, the surrounding system must improve. While we often see this improvement to be local and within our own teams, we are unintentionally influencing and being influenced by our environment and those we compete with.

Bring awareness to where growth can come from,
Challenge our views of competition to be more about growth than winning.
