Creativity
Context
The two points we compare in this Step Back Session are creativity and structure. As children, we are highly creative, explorative, and seeking to learn and engage. Depending on the work we do, and as adults, this process becomes highly refined into something more structured with mastery in mind. We want to revisit this to bring awareness to where we typically stand, and to understand what and when it might benefit us to be "foolish" vs "focused."
Outcome
