Love through Ownership

Context

We often hear the phrase “find something you love doing,” which may be true. Equally as true is the idea of just falling in love with what you are doing. If we are constantly in search of the thing we love, we may miss out on what the present is showing us.

Outcome

1) Reflect on the tendency to dismiss things we don’t see as valuable
Learn to take ownership in the things that we may initially not enjoy doing

Main Questions

Have you ever ended up loving something you didn’t initially enjoy?
How does taking full ownership of something change how much you value or enjoy it?
Where in your day could you choose more ownership of the unenjoyable tasks?
