Context

We hear the words “lucky shot” or “lucky break” a lot in sport, but there is more behind the scenes. In reality, courage is often disguised as luck, and knowing this, means we can actually make our own luck through acts of courage. We identify what luck looks like and how we can get in our own way and others of being “lucky.”

Find our own barriers that limit our own courageousness and seek areas of openness.
