Rigid and Fluid
Context
At two ends of the extreme, we can be overly rigid and structured OR overly flexibly and chaotic. Those at one end of the extreme may look at those on the other side as different, influencing how they interact and communicate. What we can practice is finding room for both and seeing the perspective of each side.

Bring awareness to our own tendencies around order,
build greater awareness to understanding how others operate.
