Unmasking External Influence

Context

There is often a tendency to judge an action or outcome based on a comparison to something else. This can lead us to view some actions or outcomes as having more or less weight. At times, it may be necessary to solely see the action for itself. This may enable us to take greater accountability, release unwanted pressure, and for others, give better grace or hold to higher standards.

Outcome

Reflect and consider how we allow external factors to influence our judgment of actions/outcomes,
Be able to accept and move towards un-influenced action.

Main Questions

How often do we judge an action or fact differently because of what it's next to?
Do we let context influence how we see others the same we let it influence ourselves?
Does this have to be the case? Should context influence how we see something?
